The analysis combines DNA methylation with mass-spectrometry protein measurements in Generation Scotland to map molecular associations and develop protein-related epigenetic biomarkers. Proteomic measurements were generated at Eliptica, illustrating how population-scale proteomics can be integrated with other molecular data to support biomarker discovery and precision medicine research.
