Grant

Eliptica is leading AIPIR in partnership with the University of Edinburgh, supported by a total project grant of £696,335. The project develops an AI proteomics platform to identify, track and predict how patients respond to solid tumour immunotherapies.
The research combines protein measurements with artificial intelligence to investigate patterns of treatment response. Its aim is to support more personalised treatment decisions and monitoring during therapy.
On 7 October 2024, UKRI named AIPIR among six projects sharing £4 million from Innovate UK and the Office for Life Sciences through the Advancing Precision Medicines competition. The announcement identifies Eliptica as project lead and the University of Edinburgh as partner.
Project details: AIPIR (Development of an advanced AI proteomic platform to identify, track and predict host response to solid tumour immunotherapies). UKRI reference: 10085848. Recorded project period: March 2024 to March 2026.
